Based on our health promotion efforts, the Company received the certification as 2025 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (large enterprise category) from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, recognizing us as a company that implements particularly excellent health management practices. The Company obtained the Tomonin symbol, which signifies our commitment to promoting a workplace environment that supports the balance between work and nursing care responsibilities. We are focused on creating a workplace environment that makes it easier to balance work and caregiving, including offering nursing care leave that exceeds legal requirements, as well as implementing initiatives to prevent employees from having to leave their jobs due to caregiving responsibilities.

  • Main initiatives: (1) Nursing care leave system exceeding legal requirements to provide greater support for employees. (2) Accumulated paid leave system, allowing employees to save expired annual leave to use for caregiving. (3) Dual-track personnel system, enabling employees who find relocation difficult due to caregiving to choose a course with region-specific work locations.

Opening of an in-house daycare facility

K’s & Lily Nursery

We opened an in-house daycare facility, K’s & Lily Nursery, in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, with the goal of creating a work environment that allows employees to balance work and childcare.
Our daycare facility not only accepts the children of our employees but also serves children from the local community. We are committed to contributing to solving the social issue of waiting lists for childcare by supporting the local community.
