Initiatives for Diversity
The Group strives to create a better work environment so that diverse people can work together happily and all employees can share a common understanding regardless of age, sex, race, religion, personal preferences, or other differences.
Introduction of a system that extends the retirement age to 65
On April 1, 2023, we introduced a retirement system with the retirement age extended from 60 to 65. Based on the concept of “continuing with active duty,” this system rewards employees who help expand the Company’s fan base, and exists to create human resources who constantly tackle challenges regardless of their age. This system enables employees to utilize the wealth of knowledge and experience they have built up, and should also encourage them to fulfill the role of transferring and passing on their expertise to younger employees.
Introduction of re-employment system until age 70
A new re-employment system has been introduced to allow employees who wish to continue working after age 65 to do so until they reach age 70.
Initiatives to promote the employment of people with disabilities
The Company is proactively making efforts to employ and continue employing people with disabilities. We place the greatest importance on matching such people to the best jobs for them, paying attention to the job description and individual aptitude to ensure appropriate deployment, so that they can demonstrate their capabilities to the fullest. Also, to improve the stability of their working conditions and promote active participation, we have established a system of cooperation and consultation with supporting organizations, while Headquarters regularly checks on working conditions with the heads of each division and provides support in aspects such as receiving consultations and providing advice.
